The HoleMole Contractor Starter Kit gives construction and maintenance teams the core components needed to support and fill concrete openings from the working level above. It combines all five Mole sizes with the reusable stand, fast-action fixings and filling accessories required for floor-slab and compatible wall applications.

Traditional core-hole repairs often involve accessing the level below, fixing plywood beneath the opening and returning later to remove it. HoleMole changes that sequence. A collapsible galvanised-steel former is lowered through the core, pulled back against the underside and secured from above. The chosen repair material can then be placed through the formed Speed Chute while the Mole Stand holds the former in position.

With two Moles in every size, the kit covers openings from 2 to 12.5 inches, approximately 51 to 318mm. Ten threaded rods support the ten included Moles, while the reusable tools are organised in a durable contractor storage bin for transport between jobs. How to Use

The HoleMole 3-Step Installation Process

1. Measure the opening, choose the correct Mole size and prepare the concrete in accordance with the project specification.
2. Connect a supplied threaded rod, fold the Mole sections, lower it through the opening and pull upwards until it seats beneath the slab.
3. Place the Mole Stand over the opening, guide the rod through the centre slot and secure it using the SpeedNut.
4. Slide the Speed Chute into the stand and place the specified non-shrink grout or compatible repair material into the core.
5. Finish the upper surface flush and allow the repair to reach the set or cure stage required by the material instructions.
6. Remove the reusable stand, SpeedNut and chute, then trim or break the rod as required by the approved installation method.

Important: For a vertical opening, use the Wall Applicator and the manufacturer’s wall-installation method. Complete a suitable risk assessment and follow all project, repair-material and temporary-works requirements.
