E1WF Hazardous Area Gland Kit
Peppers “E” type double compression glands provide a controlled Ex db & IP seal on the inner sheath, an environmental seal on the outer sheath, and armour-specific clamping for wire (W) or braid/tape (X) armoured cables. Tested to IP66 and IP68 (to 50 m). For hazardous areas Zones 1/2 (IIA, IIB, IIC) and Zones 20/21/22 (IIIA, IIIB, IIIC). See E1WF Hazardous Area and E1W Industrial variants.

- Hazardous-area approved double compression gland (Ex db, Ex eb, Ex nR, Ex ta)
- Suitable for use in Zone 1, Zone 2, Zone 21 and Zone 22
- Gas groups IIA, IIB, IIC; dust groups IIIA, IIIB, IIIC
- For SWA (steel wire armoured) cables
- Ingress protection: IP66 and IP68 (to 50 m)
- Industry-standard M20 and M25 metric thread
- Integral Earth “IE” version available for HV fault loads > 10.4 kA (see E1WF)
- Body materials: Brass, Aluminium or Stainless Steel
- Colour/finish: Brass or silver metal (nickel-plated / stainless appearance)

Directions for Use
